NOTE: The following items are recommendations to help keep your system in peak operating condition:

• Complete system preventive maintenance. This normally takes an additional hour, and includes interior PC cleaning (fans/filters) and needed spot maintenance, such as re-routing cables and reseating components such as internal cables and adapters.

• Recommendations for the following important daily operational topics:

- Data & System Backups
- Anti-Virus Protection
- Anti-SPAM / Pop-up Prevention / Spyware
- Software Maintenance
- System Chores

Plan Features

• Full & Proper configuration* of newly installed PC; or a complete configuration upgrade & tune-up of an existing PC. (Up to 4 hours included for application transfers, training on use)

• This Plan includes two rate buy-down structures as follows, on a "per PC" basis:

• $100/4 hour setup is a 8 hour annual plan, where you are invoiced a total of $540 for the year per PC, which breaks down to $67.50 per hour.

• $150/6 hour setup is a 10 hour annual plan, where you are invoiced $590 for the year per PC, which breaks down to $59 per hour.

• Reduced hourly service rate ($70/hr) for each hour of additional on-site service that is not covered by the plan (you receive 4 hours of service to use however you’d like throughout the year for each PC covered).

• Annual PC tune-up with Anti-virus, spyware, software reviews.

• Free problem solving telephone support (up to 15 min. per incident

• Configure support for sharing printers and files.

• Network/Connectivity Support

• Consumer level router/firewall/access point configuration and support.

• Coverage hours are stacked. For example, if you have 4 PCs covered, you get up to 16 hours of initial setup time, plus you get 12 hours of onsite service to use across any PC at the location.

• All features of the BASIC and NETWORK plans, PLUS:

• Reduced hourly rate ($60/hr) for each hour of additional on-site service that is not covered by the plan (you receive 4 hours of service to use however you’d like throughout the year for each PC covered).

• Configuration of a Virtual Private Network (VPN) Server to allow secure remote connectivity (for you and for us to provide better technical support). NOTES: Additional hardware & software are generally required, starting at $120.

• Pre-scheduled visits as often as necessary. Helps us Discover problems before they arise. It's great for keeping open communications, so we can best serve your needs. It gives you a forum to ask questions, correct troubles & fix inefficiencies.

NOTE: Server clients receive and extra 2 hours of in-person service, plus other proactive measures such as: performance baselines, capacity planning & trending (to identify issues that impede machines) Server emergencies are always top priority. No extra charge for "peer-to-peer server."
