• Network Assessment* See Details page.

• Reduced hourly rate ($65/hr) for each hour of additional on-site service that is not covered by the plan (you receive 4 hours of service to use however you’d like throughout the year for each PC covered).

• Configure support for sharing printers and files.

• Network/Connectivity Support

• Consumer level router/firewall/access point configuration and support.

• Coverage hours are stacked. For example, if you have 4 PCs covered, you get up to 16 hours of initial setup time, plus you get 12 hours of onsite service to use across any PC at the location.
